Шуменско плато 2026

Shumen Plateau 2026 is a race held on June 21, 2026, in Shumen Plateau Nature Park, with start and finish points near the "Creators of the Bulgarian State" monument in the city of Shumen. Organized by Veloklub Ilchov Bair, the event includes disciplines such as cycling, eMTB, duathlon, and trail running. Participants compete on various routes, with rules for safety and environmental protection to be followed. The race is suitable for mountain biking and trail running enthusiasts.

Registration and distribution of race numbers take place on 21.06.2026 from 06:00 to 08:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 at the information center near the "Creators of the Bulgarian State" monument. Wearing a helmet and gloves is mandatory for cyclists. For eMTB participants, the bicycle must meet EU requirements with a speed limit of up to 25 km/h and power up to 250 W. The use of chips that remove electric bicycle restrictions is prohibited. Participants under 18 years old must provide a written declaration from a parent. Disciplines include eMTB, cycling, running, and duathlon; registration and technical instructions will be provided on-site.
